When we first set out on our whiskey journey, we made a purposeful decision to craft two lines of spirits: one that we distilled ourselves, and one that allows us to showcase unique spirits from across the country that we then bring in house and “fiddle with”.

Our Master Distiller, Justin Manglitz, is an accomplished old-time string music fiddler, so we thought the name Fiddler a fitting testament to his virtuoso skills and our transparent line of foraged, “fiddled with” whiskies.

The popularity of the Fiddler name took on a life of its own, and we soon applied it to various bourbons we distilled in-house as well. Find more information about each release below. We’re pleased to have the chance to share them with you.

Fiddler Wheated Bourbon

Partly Double Oaked Wheated Bourbon

A true ode to American Bourbon, perfect for campfires, concerts, and a killer Old Fashioned, Fiddler Wheated Bourbon is our flagship wheated bourbon, at least 6 years and bottled in small, four-barrel batches at 92 proof with a portion double-oaked for a smooth-sipping everyday bourbon.

Notes of toffee, clove & citrus

Fiddler Toasted Bourbon

Double Oaked Wheated Bourbon

The same foraged high-wheat bourbon as our Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon, finished in toasted barrels of varying toast levels and for varying amounts of time. The 45% wheat content is unique for bourbons, leading to a sweet, smooth profile, despite it being Cask Strength (~116 proof).

Notes of fall spices, toasted marshmallow, pecan pie

Each batch of Fiddler Toasted Bourbon differs in its various finishing attributes. These include the age, toast level of the finishing barrels, the amount of time spent in such toasted barrels, the char level of the initial barrel, and the proof. We list all these details and more on the label and include the batch number for those inclined to procure multiple bottles for side-by-sides.

Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon

Triple Oaked Wheated Bourbon

Our renowned foraged high-wheat bourbon – with more than twice the wheat content of the famous allocated wheated bourbons – triple-oaked, including the final few months of aging finished on staves of Georgia white oak staves. Bottled at Cask Strength.

Notes of baking spices, caramel, maple, orange peel

Each winter, the sapwood drains from the heartwood of white oak trees, making it an opportune time to harvest staves for Fiddler Heartwood, as Master Distiller Justin Manglitz did in Habersham County, GA with friends George and Amelia Boggs in early 2023. These are hand-charred before entering the barrel.

Fiddler Chin Music Bourbon

Braves Collaboration Wheated Bourbon

Our ongoing collaboration with the Atlanta Braves, the idea originally took shape when the Braves front office selected their own ASW private barrel. We expanded on that concept to create a series of releases. Fiddler Chin Music Toasted (Friday reds label) is the most widely available; other releases include Fiddler Chin Music 8 year in 2025 celebrating the Braves’ 8th Anniversary at Truist Park.

Notes of butterscotch, peach cobbler, rich oak

Only available for select states

Ever since we opened our location at the Battery Atlanta, the Braves have been most generous in helping us with R&D. Their interest culminated in our official bourbon collaboration, named “Chin Music” (after the baseball term) by none other than Braves CEO, Derek Schiller.

Fiddler Soloist Bourbon

Pot-Distilled High-Malt Bourbon

A fantastic, four-grain straight bourbon, Fiddler Soloist is a unique take on America's native spirit, reducing the corn in
favor of flavorful malts and distilled on our copper pot stills
with the grains in. With notes of chocolate, it’s a perfect after-dinner sipper.

Notes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, cherry cola, chocolate, peanut brittle

Only available for select states

When Georgia enacted statewide prohibition in 1905, the term “Straight” as a marker of quality for whiskey had not yet become law. After Georgia lifted prohibition in 1933, no distillery in the City of Atlanta ventured into bourbon distilling until we distilled Fiddler Soloist in 2016, making Soloist the first-ever straight bourbon distilled in Atlanta.

Fiddler Encore Bourbon

Cask Finished Wheated Bourbon

The same foraged high-wheat bourbon as our Fiddler Wheated, Heartwood, and Toasted Bourbons, aged at least 7 years and finished in various casks – including maple syrup, port, and sherry barrels. Typically reserved for single barrel selections, we also have an annual Cigar Batch release that is highly sought after. Fiddler Encore Georgia Oak was named a World’s Best Small Batch Bourbon in 2025.

Notes vary by finishing cask type

Since we first released Fiddler Encore, it has continued to garner top reviews, including recognition as one of the World’s Best Small Batch Bourbons (SF World Spirits Comp.) and a write-up in Forbes Magazine.

Our Oldest Stocks of Wheated Bourbon

Fiddler Antique Bourbon

The same foraged high-wheat bourbon as our Fiddler Wheated, Heartwood, and Toasted Bourbons, aged at least 8 years in the hottest parts of our rickhouse in the hot, humid climate of Georgia.

Notes of honeycomb, powdered sugar, toffee, walnut

Fiddler Big Green Egg Bourbon

Big Green Egg Collaboration Wheated Bourbon

Our collaboration with fellow Atlanta flavor pioneer, Big Green Egg, maturing our famed wheated Bourbon mash bill in the hot, humid Georgia summers for nearly 7 years, including 2 years in a secondary toasted barrel. Master Distiller Justin Manglitz toasts and chars seasoned white oak heartwood staves from the North Georgia mountains on one of Big Green Egg’s legendary ceramic smokers, then adds a different combination of charred (using direct heat) and toasted (using indirect heat) staves to the barrels for the final few months of aging.

Notes vary by release, but generally include marshmallow, nougat, vanilla buttercream

Fiddler Toasted Rye

Toasted Barrel Rye Whiskey

Our nod to the rye profile most people think of when they think of American rye whiskey, each batch is at least six years old. Mash bill varies by batch, allowing us to showcase flavorful ryes from across the country and fiddle with them.

Notes of butterscotch, nutmeg, rich oak
