Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon

Our renowned foraged high-wheat bourbon – with more than twice the wheat content of the famous allocated wheated bourbons – triple-oaked, including the final few months of aging finished on staves of Georgia white oak staves.

Fiddler Toasted Bourbon

The same foraged high-wheat bourbon as our Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon, finished in toasted barrels of varying toast levels and for varying amounts of time. The 45% wheat content is unique for bourbons, leading to a sweet, smooth profile, despite its high proof.

Fiddler Soloist Bourbon

The First Straight Bourbon Ever Distilled in The City of Atlanta, Fiddler Soloist is a unique take on America's native spirit, reducing the corn in favor of flavorful malts and distilled on our copper pot stills with the grains in.

Fiddler Chin Music Bourbon

The flagship bourbon of our ongoing collaboration with the Atlanta Braves, the idea originally took shape when the Braves front office selected their own ASW private barrel. We expanded on that concept to create a series of releases – this is the most widely available.

Fiddler Wheated Bourbon

A true ode to American Bourbon, perfect for campfires, concerts, and a killer Old Fashioned, Fiddler Wheated Bourbon is our flagship wheated bourbon, bottled at 92 proof with a portion double-oaked for a smooth-sipping everyday bourbon.

Our nod to the rye profile most people think of when they think of American rye whiskey, each batch is at least six years old. Mash bill varies by batch, allowing us to showcase flavorful ryes from across the country and fiddle with them.

Resurgens Rye

A revival of the Appalachian-style ryes of yore, made from 100% malted rye (rather than unmalted rye and corn like most ryes). The result is a smooth, chocolatey rye that sips smooth & complex.

Georgia's 1st-Ever Double Gold Medal Whiskey, the world's 1st whiskey to mash, ferment & distill malted rye and malted barley in the same batch. It drinks like a rye, with the finish of a smoky single malt.

Maris Otter Single Malt

Maris Otter is an unpeated, single varietal single malt that we distilled from the “holy grail” of brewing malts, Maris Otter, known for its pale, malty character. Named the World’s Best Craft Whiskey in 2020.

Optic Promise Single Malt

A single malt distilled from 50% optic malt and 50% golden promise malt (a traditional single malt varietal), this unpeated masterpiece is perfect for lowland single malt enthusiasts with its flavorful profile.

Burns Night Single Malt

A heavenly peated single malt, Burns Night takes its name from the annual celebration of Scottish poet Robert Burns, Burns Supper, or Burns Night. The malt bill was the original recipe of Master Distiller Justin Manglitz.

Red X Single Malt

Quite possibly our most unique single malt, distilled from 100% Red X German brewing malt, which lends fruity notes, it’s finished with staves of oak heartwood we harvest – the same technique as our renowned Fiddler Heartwood.

Tire Fire Single Malt

At 45 ppm phenol content, it’s the type of peat you find in Islay-style single malts. Distilled from 100% heavily peated malt from Inverness, we mature it in new charred oak casks and finish it in rum casks.

Druid Hill Irish-Style

Crafted in the old Irish tradition with 30% unmalted barley and 70% malted barley grown by a 6th generation family farm in County Louth, Ireland, Druid Hill is an American nod to the pure pot still Irish whiskies of yore.

Hunker Vodka

Our collaboration with Athens, Georgia’s Classic City Collective to donate a portion of proceeds from each bottle sold to general NIL efforts of our founders’ alma mater, providing a Georgia-distilled alternative to Tito’s, which donated $20 million to UT-Austin athletic facilities in 2022.

Winterville Gin

Named for the town of Winterville, Georgia, near where one of our founders grew up, it tones down the juniper in traditional dry gins in favor of citrus and floral notes, including Winterville’s city flower, marigold, for which they hold an annual marigold festival.

Barrel Rested Winterville Gin

Starting with our Winterville Gin as a base, Distiller Jerry McCall adds coffee, grains of paradise, and sage to play well with the deeper notes imparted by our whiskey barrels, essentially making the barrel a botanical in its own right.

After years of establishing a reputation for quality making whiskey, we introduced Bustletown Vodka by popular demand. The first spirit distilled at our ASW at The Battery Atlanta location, Bustletown is seven-times distilled for as smooth, refined, and pure a vodka as you’ll find.
